FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS TO MAKE YOUR TEAM WORK FOR YOU ...

1. Register ALL players onto willowssportscentre.co.uk via your profile. Select 'View My Team', then 'Teams', and click your team name. You can add players here.
2. Enter their name, email address and mobile number, plus any other information you have. You may need to enter their date of birth for age-specific leagues. 
3. Ask your players to check their emails and click on the link in the email they receive inviting them to join our website.
4. Our system will send fixture reminders for all league matches the day after and two days before a fixture. 
5. Within these reminder emails are links that your players can click on to inform YOU of their availabilities. This way you don't have to go through the weekly hassle of ringing around to find out who can play, who's on holiday, who's ill, who's raring to go.....saving you time and money!
6. You players can click on the payment links in these emails to shortcut to the payment page of their profile - making it easier to pay their fees.
7. If you are short of players for a game and need to find someone to fill in, simply click on "FIND RINGERS" to search all the available players from the Centre. Simple as that. No more phone calls.
